Texas because I’ve never been but like the idea of the vastness and what you might discover (like your very own Texas ranger!).
I also liked the setting for Mels story, there is something about a small town that is appealing (I grew up in a major city). I like the idea of a stranger traveling thru (Bryce) who meets someone who lives there, and the changes each will bring to the other.rdafan7https://www.blogger.com/profile/10892976418971989314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3205240430255489119.post-40880648439865459502011-12-07T23:46:19.406-05:002011-12-07T23:46:19.406-05:00Lena,

I'm so glad my early books kept you coming back for more.

It's funny, Dylan's book (the one I'm writing now) is the first one I've done where I didn't get to "choose" the setting. I never meant to write a book for him and sending him and Darryl off to Texas was just easy. It's really outside my usual haunts, even in my imagination. :)

Hi Denise,

Yes, Mel was one lucky guy. It was interesting to write from only one character's point of view, but I can tell you that Bryce knew he was going to have to go back for him once he was unable to stop thinking of him in those three years.K.A. Yes, time to enjoy without doing at this time of year gets more scarce with every flip of the calendar.

Hi Joder,
Thanks for coming by. I hope you enjoy the anthology. It's some great ocmpany. I have read and loved the other three authors' work for years. We're all different, but I think we all delivered a good story.K.A. I felt so sorry for Mel with the weight of his family history and his fear of change holding him down. One and only one story a day. Savoring ever word and nuance. It is not often one gets to read a anthology that you find three of your all time favorite authors and very possibly a new one to add to the lists.
KAM, your books were some of the first I read in M/M genre and flew through them one after another. Not only do I love your writing style, but I connected with your settings. I grew up in NE Ohio, and vacationed in New England and Florida for years. It is always more fun to read about places you know well.
Thank you for the great books and I am always looking forward to you next release.LinNasutanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3205240430255489119.post-61494006832356916722011-12-07T16:14:21.865-05:002011-12-07T16:14:21.865-05:00I just purchased the anthology and once I'm fi...I just purchased the anthology and once I'm finished with my current book, I'll be digging in.
