AND THE WINNER IS.....Tam!
I think one of Anne and my fav stories may be one of the least known ones since it's a little 15k m/m romance with no shocking title, mad assassins or sexed up violence-loving vamps around.
We adore the characters (I confess. part of said love is fueled by their visual inspirations lol) but it's really a neat little story and, more importantly will be part of one of the upcoming Naughty Nuptials print anthologies. *squee*
Randy Ohara has been alone and lonely since the death of his first and only lover. While in New York to attend his sister's wedding he develops an instant and strong attraction to an unknown man at a Manhattan nightclub. The desire he feels is surprisingly intense, making Randy realize he's never wanted another man with such passion before.
It's even more of a surprise when Randy learns that the stranger he lusts for is none other than Jason Chen, the groom's widowed father. Randy doesn't dare make a move on the sexy older man until the handsome detective reveals a few secrets of his own.

Really enjoyed the excerpt and the visual inspiration was a nice plus.
I like that kind of stories! It sounds short, cute & sweet. I thought I knew of all of you and Anne's stories, but I had missed this one. I don't shop at EC very often. I'm usually not a big fan of short stories, but that sounds like the kind of story that CAN be done properly within a short format. I'd like to read that :).
Choosing and watching the visual inspirations are one of the best parts of writing. :)
Thanks Mary.
The book has done pretty well but I think like you a lot of folks who know are stuff may not have come across I Do since it's all by itself with no other titles by us to keep it company at EC.
Sounds like a fun and sweet story. The visual inspiration certainly wet my appetite, I'm quite partial to the Asian looks. I'll check out your stuff on EC, I hardly ever go shopping there...maybe I should head over there more often.
Hi Rikki,
It really is a nice little romance that keeps demanding me for a follow-up.
Anne and I only have the one story with EC since they called for a wedding theme and we happened to have one.
ohhh Count me in. Sounds great.
sounds good count me in too.
Suzi.
Thanks for stopping by Tam & Anon.
Hey! I just cruised this one at Elloras! It's on my "to do" list, so glad I caught this entry. You guy's rock, thanx for keeping me in hot reading material!
Sylvan
It was a wonderful story. I purchased it when it first came out but unfortunately when my external hd died-3years worth of ebooks were lost-including this one. And since EC do not keep a library for you, sigh.
Yvonne

I had some ebook files poof on me. It was not pleasant.
No need to put me in the contest. Just wanted to say this was the first of your books I read and I love it. Still have it and have read it a couple more times.
