Rerelease cover art!

I'm working hard to get my novel, Client Privileges, back on the ebookshelves. Towards that end, I've been working on new cover art with a friend of mine. Here's what we have so far.

I'm no graphic artist, but I think it's pretty. What do you think?

Okay. Back to the grind. I'm re-reading the manuscript since it's been a while and I want it to be perfect for everyone. Such a rough life. ;-)

Hope you don't mind some concrit?

The picture is really pretty. The font (particularly the dark color) is really hard to read, though. The "C" on Client is super hard to make out, as is the "b" on by.

Is it a romance? The title and picture don't really seem to gel. This picture has more of an Under the Tuscan Sun vibe.

Just my two cents. I look forward to reading! :)

Never averse to concrit. :) Hopefully the changes I made before going to the final version work for you. I think the cover image itself will make more sense when you've read it (which isn't necessarily the best answer, but it is what it is). If you chose to read it, I hope you enjoyed it!

(Is it super lame that I only today discovered your comment? I need to figure out how to turn on comment alerts.)
